Privacy Policy
Previzion is a detection layer, not an identification system. This policy explains what we process, what we deliberately do not process, and how customers stay in control of their own footage.

Who we are
Previzion is a product of Intelligent Protection Systems, Inc. This policy covers this website and the Previzion platform. Where an organization deploys Previzion on its own cameras, that organization is the controller of the resulting video and alert data; Previzion acts as its processor under a written agreement.
What the platform processes
- Video from cameras the customer already owns. Previzion connects to existing IP camera streams. We do not install or operate cameras on a customer's behalf.
- Detection and alert records — what was detected, which camera, when, and the alert's delivery and acknowledgement history.
- Account information for the staff who use the console: name, work email, role and access permissions.
What we do not do
- No facial recognition databases. We do not build, hold or match against galleries of identified faces.
- No individual profiling. Detections describe objects and behavior in a scene, not the character, intent or history of a named person.
- No sale of personal information, and no sharing of customer video for advertising purposes.
- No use of customer video to train models for other customers without that customer's separate written permission.
Ownership and retention
Customer video and the detection records derived from it belong to the customer. Retention periods are configured by each customer to match its own policy and legal obligations, and data is deleted at the end of that period or on written request, subject to any legal hold the customer identifies.
Sector-specific obligations
Schools, healthcare providers and employers each carry their own duties — FERPA, HIPAA, state biometric and student-privacy laws, and employment rules among them. Previzion supports customers in meeting those duties through configuration, documented data flows and contractual commitments. We do not act as a customer's legal adviser, and deployment decisions such as camera placement and signage remain the customer's.
Your rights
If you believe an organization using Previzion holds information about you, contact that organization first — it controls the footage and the retention rules. If you contact us directly, we will route your request to the responsible customer and support their response. For information we hold in our own right — for example a website enquiry or a job application — you may ask us to access, correct or delete it.
Cookies and website analytics
This website is deliberately light. It sets no advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers and no third-party analytics profiles. Fonts and script libraries are loaded from established content delivery networks, which necessarily see your IP address as part of serving those files.
Because no non-essential cookies are set, there is nothing here for you to opt out of and no consent banner to dismiss. If that ever changes, the controls will appear in this section and we will say what changed and when.
Website enquiry and demo-request forms collect only what you type into them, and are used to reply to you.
