Scope

By using previzion.ai you agree to these terms. They apply to the website only. Access to the Previzion platform, including any pilot or trial, is governed by a signed agreement between Intelligent Protection Systems, Inc. and the customer organization; where those two documents differ, the signed agreement controls.

Information on this site

Product descriptions, detection capabilities, timings and industry material on this site are provided for general information. Detection performance depends on camera quality, placement, lighting, occlusion and the environment, and is confirmed during a documented evaluation — not by this website. Nothing here is a warranty, a service-level commitment or a guarantee of any particular outcome.

Not a substitute for emergency services or professional judgment

Previzion is an early-warning layer for trained people. It does not replace emergency services, threat-assessment teams, clinical judgment or a customer's own safety procedures. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of this site or the systems behind it.
• Do not scrape, mirror or republish substantial portions of the site without written permission.
• Do not misrepresent an affiliation with, or endorsement by, Previzion or any organization named on this site.

Intellectual property

The Previzion name, logo, wordmark, copy, imagery, and the software behind the platform are owned by Intelligent Protection Systems, Inc. or its licensors. Third-party names and marks that appear on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used descriptively; their appearance does not imply endorsement or a customer relationship unless this site states one.

We link to research, standards bodies and news sources because they are useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Job applications

Material you send us through a careers page or by email is used to consider you for a role. Unsolicited ideas, product suggestions or confidential information sent to us outside a signed agreement are not treated as confidential.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product and the site change. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
